Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IIEX – Indian Influencer Experts website (iiex.in) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

IIEX is an influencer marketing platform that connects content creators (influencers) with brands for collaboration and campaign purposes. IIEX acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee campaign outcomes.

3. Influencer Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register as an influencer on IIEX.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
  • You must own or have rights to the social media accounts you list.
  • Inflating follower counts or engagement metrics through artificial means is strictly prohibited.
  • IIEX reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any influencer profile at its discretion.

4. Brand Terms

  • Brands must provide accurate campaign information and budget details.
  • Campaign briefs must not contain illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
  • IIEX will match brands with appropriate influencers but does not guarantee specific results.
  • Brands are responsible for ensuring their products/services comply with applicable Indian laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Submit false, misleading, or plagiarized information
  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or damage our platform
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or IIEX staff
  • Promote hate speech, adult content, drugs, gambling, or other prohibited categories

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the IIEX website including logos, text, graphics, and designs are the property of IIEX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Payment & Commissions

IIEX may charge brands a service fee for campaign management. Commission structures and payment terms will be communicated during the campaign agreement process. IIEX is not responsible for payment disputes between brands and influencers handled outside our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

IIEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid by that party to IIEX in the preceding three months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IIEX, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Modifications

IIEX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
